I've read some excellent books by some remote viewers who were considered psychic spies when they were employed by the Army years ago and tasked with viewing various things from events occurring on Earth to off planet. We all have this ability, though it is latent in most of us. I believe it is forgotten and that we all had the ability at one time. If one considers that the Druids communicated this way before the idiot Romans sacked them, that animals communicate telepathically, and that they've measured (scientifically) that plants can feel, believing in psychic phenomena is not that difficult.
The Russians seem to be a bit more open about this in some ways than Americans, but then it depends on what circles of a given country one attempts to communicate with others about this. The experiences of Wolf Messing are absolutely fascinating as are some of the things I've read about Ray Price. Lyn Buchanan and Joe McMoneagle have written interesting books on this topic too, and reading them one understands that the separation of the subconscious from the conscious mind allows a lot of the corruption to take place on our planet.

In any event, after listening to these interviews with Courtney Brown, another noteworthy remote viewer, I come away thinking that all this corruption is going to see a physical cataclysm in the form of natural disasters in which many will perish, and the infrastructure of various institutions--government, transportation structures, food structures, etc--will be effected to the point that people will have to rebuild from the ground up ( in some areas at least). Frankly, I don't know how else we can rebuild as a race, since corruption is at every level from the judicial to the political and the city, county, state, and federal structures are overrun with myopic rodents in search of maintaining self-centered agendas at the expense of those they're supposed to serve.
